Nestling in rural park like surroundings, Clare Park Day Nursery has created an excellent reputation for delivering childcare to the very highest standards. Recently, its efforts were acknowledged by Kent County Council with the prestigious Kent Quality Mark in Early Years, also awarded to five of our other nurseries.
Clare Park Day Nursery is set on its own within the grounds of East Malling School, Maidstone. At Clare Park we provide a comprehensive range of childcare services tailored specifically for every different age group and delivered in a deeply caring way. Each age group has their own fully equipped room, together with a dedicated care team and carefully planned range of activities both indoor and out. Clare Parks’s extensive garden has recently been transformed, providing the children with new exciting opportunities including new rubberised playground complete with marked roadway and parking bays for their trikes and cars. In addition to this there are new lawns and an exciting and challenging activity centre and slide.
In addition to its nursery facilities Clare Park nursery offers an excellent After School and Holiday club for those difficult times when schools finish or are closed.

In January 2008 Clare Park received a full Ofsted inspection on the quality and standard of care and standard of nursery education.The report which can be read here. The inspection found that both provisions were Good. The inspector made a number of comments during the concluding feedback session;
“Children enjoy being active but can also rest or sleep in comfort, promoting their sense of well being”
“The children have access to a play area containing large apparatus which helps develop co-ordination”
“The children can play and learn within safe boundaries”
“Children can move around and make choices from a large range of stimulating toys and resources”
“The staff team are dedicated and caring to the needs of all of the children and work enthusiastically within their respective roles”
Our nurseries are open Monday to Friday all year round closing only on Bank holidays and the short period between Christmas & New Year.
The core opening times are 0730 to 1800 hours, but earlier starts can be arranged
