I consent to emergency treatment to be administered to my child as detailed in their Kinder Club registration details
I agree to the terms and conditions as set out and displayed in the Kinder Clubs and in my child's registration details
I acknowledge that the Company reserves the right to refuse a booking at it's own discretion and that no credits or refunds given for non-attendance and that any changes to a booking pattern only apply after confirmation by Kinder Clubs
